**Durham Duplex Limited - Sheffield S4**

Manufacturer of Industrial Blades, Machine Knives and Hand Knives in Sheffield, England. Durham -Duplex specialises in knives for the packaging, recycling, safety, food, roofing, and flooring industries. The company celebrated its Centenary in 2010 and has two manufacturing sites in Sheffield and one in Asia and distribution centres in the USA and Europe. A proud member of Made in Sheffield developing new product through to high volume production.

We are looking to appoint a warehouse operative to at our Petre Street facility. Our logistics facility is in operation between 8:00am and 5 pm Monday - Friday. The role is varied and will enable the operative to develop a wide range of skills as we develop our automated despatch and goods inwards facility.

**Warehousing duties**
- Duties would include picking and packing orders using barcode scanning equipment
- Accepting deliveries and processing through our ERP system
- Loading and unloading goods
- Using a Fork Lift Truck
- Occasional local deliveries and collections
- Developing and maintaining internal relationships to meet agreed deadlines and targets
- Weekly checks of racking and equipment is in good working order
- Ensure a clean and tidy flow through the warehouses
- Assist with stock control where necessary
- Previous experience working in a fast-moving warehouse facility
- FLT license ( preferable )
- Hard working and a willingness to learn
- Full driving License

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
