Sales Negotiator

An extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in Heswall is currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join the company This is a fast-paced estate agency sales role where you will be given the opportunity to develop new business and growyour property sales portfolio.

Main responsibilities are:

- Generating new business opportunities
- Arranging property viewings
- Arranging valuations
- Dealing with enquiries
- Negotiating offers
- Working to daily targets
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Sourcing and advertising new properties
- Cross selling financial and legal services

Due to continued success and ambitious future growth plans, our client is looking for a dynamic, career driven salesperson who is extremely motivated, professional and has a proactive approach to work.

Basic salary of £20,000K - £23,000K plus commission.
