**Position: Front of House Team Member**

**Role Overview**: As a Front of House Team Member at The Lock Keeper, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining and drinking experience. You will be responsible for delivering friendly and efficient service at both the bar and tables, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our valued guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and seating guests with a smile, making them feel at home.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages from our well-stocked bar.
- Serving food with care and attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality presentation.
- Engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and providing excellent recommendations.
- Handling payments and ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas.
- Collaborating with the team to create a positive and enjoyable work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- You must have character & personality (No Robots)

Rates Of Pay:
21 Year Old + £10.70 per hour

16-20 Year Olds + £10.00 per hour

**Salary**: Up to £10.92 per hour
