Superintendent Risk and Investigations

As the new Risk and Investigations Manager you will be responsible for oversight of Carnival UK’s (CUK) risk management, ensuring there are effective risk, incident management tools and processes in place to mitigate business and operational risks.
You will ensure lessons learned are implemented and stakeholders fully engaged. This includes the development, implementation and oversight of the Carnival UK’s occupational health & safety and operational risk programme across the business.
In addition, you will have oversight of Carnival UK investigations, including the assessment of investigator and SME training needs. You will work with operational management to further develop 'listen and learn culture’, share best practices, and promotea safety commitment culture throughout the organisation.
For at least two days a week, you’ll be based out of our fantastic offices in the heart of Southampton, less than two hours from central London. In our hybrid working environment, you can also expect to balance this with time spent working remotely everyweek.

To be successful as a Risk and Investigations Manager you will need to have previous experience of incident investigation, safety management systems and implementing risk assessment/incident management systems.
