**Where does this role fit in?**
As part of the Commercial Team within Pobl Repairs, you'll co ordinate our commercial fleet and ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards. You'll coordinate fleet maintenance, administer fuel cards, track fleet usage, and handle invoicing, among other tasks. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our fleet operations, ensuring mínimal disruption to our services.
**What skills and experience do you need?**
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in a busy office and you need to be skilled in using IT tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong data processing and communication skills, as well as a professional telephone manner, are essential. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with good problem-solving abilities. Being highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure is also important. It's a plus if you have a full driving license with your own vehicle as we sometimes have meet ups in our Cwmbran office.

**What are the pay and benefits?**
- £26,390 for a 40 hour, full time, permanent position
- Working days are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am
- 1630
- This is a hybrid role and your week can include time in the office and from home. At least once a week we get together as a team. Our trades office bases are Swansea and Cwmbran, your base will be Swansea. However, there could be times where we meet in Cwmbran.
