Our client is currently seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to join their team at a prestigious golf club on the Wirral. As an integral part of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Food and Beverage (F&B) operations and ensuring that they align with the club's business strategy, targets, values, and culture. We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and a pioneering approach towards making people's day.

**Responsibilities**:
Daily Operations: Successfully run the daily operations of the F&B department, including the bar and events, to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences.

Service Standards: Maintain high attention to detail and exceptionally strong service standards, setting high expectations for your team and leading by example.

Team Management: Manage, motivate, and develop team members to achieve excellence in service delivery and promote a positive work culture.

Budgeting and Revenue Management: Create and monitor budgets, implement cost control measures, and contribute to revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.

Menu Development: Collaborate with the team to develop menus, special promotions, and new offerings that enhance the overall F&B experience and meet customer preferences.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for staff and guests.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar F&B supervisor role, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, resort, or related hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene practices to maintain compliance.
- A natural flair for great service and hospitality, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Operational experience in managing multiple outlets and banquet functions, demonstrating effective coordination and organizational abilities.
- Proven leadership and communication skills to support and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Outstanding service orientation with the ability to prioritize guest satisfaction and handle any issues that may arise.
- A proactive approach, exceptional initiative, and strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure smooth operations.
