**What you'll be doing**:
As an Operations Officer you will help coordinate the smooth running of our Airport base which includes liaising with aircraft operators, travel organizers, the airport authority, third-party suppliers, air crew, passengers and relevant authorities to co-ordinate the arrival and departure of our clients' aircraft at the airport.

You will be the face of the business providing world class service to our customers, ensuring a smooth transition through our facility whilst safely delivering ground services to our customers' aircraft.

**About You**:
+ Previous experience within aviation in a similar role desirable, however full training will be given

+ Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment

+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Understanding of VIP customer expectations and proven anticipation of needs

+ Flexibility of start and finish times

+ Willingness to learn new skills, with full training provided

+ Excellent interpersonal skills

+ Qualifies to hold a full airport ID

+ IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes - Word, Excel, Outlook etc, with the ability to be trained on business-specific systems

+ Valid and clean driving licence

+ Serious about safety

+ Additional languages are desirable but not essential
