*Job Summary*

*Responsibilities*
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

*Skills*
- Proficient in basic maths for handling cash transactions.
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A genuine desire to help others and create memorable experiences for guests.

Pay: £9.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 15 per week
