**We're Hiring: Outbound Call Centre Team Leader**

**About the Role**:
As an **Outbound Call Centre Team Leader**, you will be responsible for managing a team of outbound agents, ensuring they hit targets, maintain high-quality customer interactions, and stay motivated. You’ll be the driving force behind success, providing coaching, feedback, and strategies to enhance team performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of outbound call centre agents
Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies
Motivate staff to achieve sales and customer engagement targets
Ensure quality and compliance standards are met
Handle escalations and support agents in resolving challenges
Analyse data and provide performance reports to management

**What We're Looking For**:
✔ Previous experience as a Team Leader in an outbound call centre
✔ Strong leadership and coaching skills
✔ A results-driven mindset with the ability to inspire a team
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
