Job description

As a practitioner you will be responsible for performing high quality treatments whilst maximising any potential sales opportunities. You must be passionate and knowledgeable about skin care and have a good understanding and competent practice in delivering a range of skincare, aesthetic and laser treatments. You will need to ensure full client satisfaction by offering expert advice on skincare and post treatment aftercare.

Key responsibilities include:

- Front of house. To work on front reception, handling new and existing clients maximising leads and sales.

Maintain and organise your working areas to a good clinical standard before and after treatments.

To carry out consultations, recommend products and treatments to new clients.

To be able to develop and learn new skills.

To provide a range of treatments including micro-needling, acne treatments, chemical peels, facials, laser treatments and body contouring treatments.

**Requirements**:

- Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy.

Good communication skills.

Good written English.

Be presentable and able to represent our clinic and ethos.

Able to form good relationships with the clients and the staff.

Must have had experience in customer service.

Some training provided.
