**Credit Controller - Growing Organisation - near Sevenoaks, Kent / Hybrid Working - up to £28k + bonus and benefits**
- Experienced Credit Controller needed
- Remote working up to 4 days per week with 1+ days in the office near Sevenoaks (full time in the office for the first month)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy required
- Confident communicator with proactive problem solving skills
- Good MS Office skills - Excel and Word skills needed
- £26k-£28k (dependent on experience)

We have a great opportunity available for an experienced **Credit Controller**to join an independent company based near Sevenoaks, Kent.

**Key responsibilities as the Credit Controller will include**:

- Dealing with a high level of sometimes complex queries
- Raising credit note requests
- Working closely with the billing team
- Providing a professional level of service at all times

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in a Credit Controller role (or similar) - approximately 1-2 years+
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise clearly and effectively at all levels
- Strong MS Office skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of Billing processes is beneficial
- Quick to learn new systems and processes
- Good numeracy skills
- Ability to identify debt issues
- Good eye for reconciliation and analysis of large groups of data
- Ability to work efficiently and to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Proactive team player
