Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a **Structures** **Ganger** to join our Living Places team, working across **Lincolnshire**.

**What you'll be doing**
As a Structures Ganger, you’ll lead a team delivering a wide variety of works, including:

- Deep excavations, piling, and shoring installations
- Concrete works - formwork, falsework, repairs, and pours
- Kerb laying, parapet fencing, drainage, chambers, ducting, and footway improvements
- Asphalt laying and compaction
- Vegetation clearance and vacuum excavation
- Supporting emergency and winter service provision

You’ll ensure that all works are carried out **safely, to a high standard, on time and within budget**, while acting as a key representative of Balfour Beatty with clients and stakeholders.
**Who we're looking for** Essential**:

- Full UK driving licence
- Strong focus on health & safety
- Integrity, pride in work, and reliability
- Flexibility to work overtime or shifts when required

**Desirable**:

- EUSR Levels 2-5 in excavation
- Confined Space Training
- Highway Maintenance, Groundworks or Construction experience
- LGV Class 1 or 2 licence
- NRSWA Training / CSCS Highway Maintenance
- CPC, NVQ Winter Service, Telehandler training
- Vacuum excavation experience
