**FP&A Commercial Finance Business Intelligence Analyst**

The purpose of this role is to support the Commercial Finance Manager, who in turn supports the EMEA Commercial Director and their team to maximise revenue and profitably.

The role can be split into 2 key areas:
**1 - Commercial Finance function delivery**: approx 50% of role today.
- Adfund & FTP (Frequent Traveller Points)
- Driving understanding and cost control through effective management, monitoring and review
- Delivering robust forecasts by liaising with the Commercial team throughout the year along with the Annual Plan
- Provide insight to the Commercial team on the most effective use of spend and support effective decision making
- Manage the recharge process to corporate countries and licensee partners, working closely with the BSC, our shared service centre in Budapest

**2 - BI implementation focussed on the Commercial Finance Function** : approx 50% of role today, but over time will increase in proportion.

We is implementing a data-driven approach to business insight, reporting and decision making. You will support the Commercial Finance Manager in driving this initiative to deliver robust and efficient reporting and analytics through the creation of new centralisedreporting and ad hoc analyses.
- Drive process improvement across the Commercial Finance team by critically examining existing processes to identify efficiencies and eliminate errors
- Improve dashboards and reporting within the Commercial Finance area working with teams across the business to define a best practice and standard approach to how tableau looks and works.
- Provide data analysis on adhoc business opportunities.

**Skills/Background**:

- Previous BI / data experience (Ideally Tableau)
- Experience of dealing with large datasets in disperse systems
- Experience of problem solving, planning and prioritisation
- Experience building dashboards and running quick, ad-hoc analyses
- Excellent MS Office skills (primarily Excel)
- Experience using BI Software (Tableau/PowerBI)
- Experience investigating and manipulating large datasets
- Experience using SQL
- Ability to work with complex and large data sets to identify and communicate underlying issues
