The newly established Project Management Office (PMO) plays a key role in driving digital, operational, and business growth projects — helping NBS operate efficiently and deliver change with clarity and accountability.

We’re looking for a Project Support Officer to work alongside a Project Manager, supporting the planning, coordination, and tracking of multiple initiatives to embed structure, prioritisation, and insight across the business.
You’ll help keep projects organised, milestones visible, and delivery running smoothly - ensuring teams stay aligned, informed, and focused on what matters most.

This is a great opportunity for someone organised, confident with data, and skilled at bringing order throughout an agile environment.

What You’ll Do
- Support project planning, tracking, and coordination to maintain visibility and momentum.
- Prepare materials, notes, and follow-ups for project and leadership meetings.
- Assist in developing and maintaining PMO frameworks, templates, and tools.
- Gather, analyse, and prepare data to support PMO reporting and leadership visibility

What You’ll Bring
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with data, analytics, and structured reporting
- Expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with proficiency in other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Experience in a coordination, administrative, or analytical role (or transferable experience in business, digital, or operations)
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a small, developing team

Bonus Points
- Experience with automation and data tools such as Power Automate and Power BI.
