We are seeking **experienced Steel Fixers** to join our team on a major construction project at HS2. If you have a strong background in steel reinforcement and are ready to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Position**: Steel Fixer

**Location**: Birmingham and Coventry

**Employment Type**: Full-time

The role requires a solid understanding of technical drawings, the ability to work with precision, and a commitment to following health and safety standards at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reinforcement Installation**: Cut, shape, position, and secure steel reinforcement bars (rebar), mesh, and other materials according to project specifications.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**: Read and accurately interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine material quantities and layout.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with site managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure efficient completion of work within set timelines.
- **Quality Assurance**: Carry out regular quality checks to ensure that all reinforcement work is accurate and in line with structural plans.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe and organized work environment at all times.
