We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Labourers to work on refurbishment projects within a prison environment. This role involves a variety of manual tasks, assisting with the renovation and refurbishment of prison facilities, and ensuring a safe and efficient worksite.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general labouring duties, including site preparation, material handling, and debris removal.
- Assist tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) with refurbishment tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Follow instructions from the site manager or supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate basic hand and power tools as required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed on time.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a labourer, ideally within a construction or refurbishment environment.
- Willingness to work in a secure prison setting and adhere to all rules and regulations.
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with mínimal supervision.
