My education sector client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Field Engineer** to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the Slough office

You'll be travelling between 4 sites, providing high-end 2nd Line Support, alongside working closely with a large support team so that you can learn and grow into the best IT Technician you can be.

**Responsibilities include**:
*Providing premium 2nd Line Support (and sometimes 3rd Line)
*Travelling between the 4 sites
*Monitoring the security and documenting reports for any risks
*Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
*Working closely with all Senior Managers to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
*Working to meet SLAs
*Hardware maintenance and installation
*Managing client user accounts
*Provide support and guidance to customers with your technical skill set
*Maintain a high level of communication with technical and non-technical staff

**Technical Skills Required**:
*Education sector experience
*2nd Line Support experience
*Active Directory
*Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
*Windows 10
*LAN & WAN

*Microsoft Office
