Our prestigious client who is a Bolton based company is expanding and is seeking full time permanent Call Centre Sales staff.

You will be working for a well-established company who are market leaders specializing in mis-sold investments and pensions.

Our client is a growing company, looking to move into new and exciting areas giving you the opportunity to grow and develop.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Making and receiving calls from qualified warm leads - No Cold calling involved.
- Discussing with clients’ mis-sold investments, pensions & financial products.
- Explaining to clients the claims process and procedure.
- Actively selling the benefits of the service and gaining the clients commitment at the earliest opportunity.
- Effective case & time management where attention to detail is paramount.
- Excellent communication skills.

**PACKAGE & BENEFITS**
- £23,000 Basic salary per annum.
- Realistic uncapped commission.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Customer service/ Sales experience.
- Ability to turn sales leads into business.
- If you have previously worked in a Call Centre dialler environment, this would be ideal.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Drive to meet and exceed targets.

**Working hours**:

- Office hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm
- Friday 9am - 5pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
