C&D Family Care is a domiciliary care agency in Warrington, Cheshire. We provide personal care and support to people living in their own homes. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care and support for our clients to be able to live independently at home for as long as possible.

Areas of work:
East: Birchwood, Culcheth, Croft, Glazebury
West: Penketh, Great Sankey, Old Hall, Callands

Job description:
*Personal care and support
*Meal preparation
*Medication administration
*Care planning and documentation
*Monitoring service users wellbeing
*Promoting independence
*Enabling service users to live well at home

- Weekday rate £10.80 ( £10:00 + 80 pence bonus for full attendance) + mileage 25 pence per mile and travel time
- Weekend rate £11.60 ( £10.80 + 80 pence bonus for full attendance) + mileage 25 pence per mile and travel time
*Weekly or 4 weekly pay available
- 2 week rolling rota with a weekend on and off

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.80-£11.60 per hour
