**Key Responsibilities for the Care Assistant Role**
- Provide personal care and support to Clients in line with their care plan.
- Assist Clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
- Build positive relationships with Clients and their families, offering empathy and support.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, changes observed, and ensure ongoing communication with the Field and Office Teams.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to promote a supportive and seamless care delivery.
- Ensure Client dignity and independence are maintained at all times.

**Skills and Qualifications Desired**
- Previous experience in a care or support role is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations in care settings.
- A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality care.
- Possession of a UK or EU driving licence is required.
- You must be fully flexible with hours of availability including early mornings, evenings and weekends
