**Role**: Adult Social Worker (Learning Disability Team)
**Location**: Oldham
**Pay Rate**: £30 per hour
**About the Role**:
As an Adult Social Worker in our Learning Disability Team, you will be integral to supporting the statutory functions of our service. Your responsibilities will include conducting Care Act strengths-based assessments, developing support plans, providing duty cover, participating in targeted reviews, and contributing to safeguarding efforts. Engage in meaningful work involving Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Best Interest decisions.
