**We are recruiting for a Client Solutions Consultant If you have experience of working with Realtime then this role is for you.**

**JOB TITLE: Client Solutions Consultant (TLM)**

**DEPARTMENT: Client Relationship & Service Management**

**LOCATION: UK - Staines or Cheadle office (Hybrid)**

**REPORTS TO**:Client Solutions Team Manager**

**CLOSING DATE: 26th June**

**JOB PURPOSE**:
Scope, quote & deliver enhancement projects to existing TLM (Realtime/Quinyx) clients. Lead and manage projects to the required solution, maintaining appropriate documentation and always updating key internal & external stakeholders.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**The role**:

- Scope and deliver required system setup changes/projects for existing ADP clients
- Consult with clients on required changes to their products and services, producing requirement documentation (where applicable) and quotation
- Responsible for project governance and ensuring project completion deadlines are met
- Implement changes and carry out testing based on the client’s requirements
- Present project updates, changes and enhancements to key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Guide clients with best practices and process to enhance their experience of ADP products
- Carry out client visits where required
- Look for opportunities for additional services and project types which Client Solutions can offer
- Work with internal stakeholders in alignment with our Win-As-One objectives.

The job holder will frequently be required to travel to client locations throughout the UK.

**You?**
- Experience of working with Realtime TLM product including good working knowledge of appropriate legislation
- Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
- Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
- Strong client relationship building skills
- Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
- Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office
- Full driving licence and access to a car for travel
