Our nursery at RAF Leeming is one of 21 settings in the RAFAKidz family. In each of our settings we create experiences that are special, unique and child focused. The needs of military families are unique, and at RAFAKidz we take extra care to make sure those needs are met. 

**About you**

We have an immediate opportunity available for an experienced administrator to join our friendly team. The role is busy and varied and some of the key responsibilities include   
- Welcome visitors and provide excellent customer service   
- Develop and maintain accurate databases and information systems   
- Maintain organisation of paperwork and files within the nursery   
- Ordering supplies and resources   
- Issuing invoices and helping the manager manage any outstanding invoices.   
- Prepare and submit data for all forms of income including local authority, grants and parent fees   
- Prepare and send out invoices, cash handling where necessary and banking   
- Assist with marketing of services including fundraising

Pay: £12.26 per hour
