Are you a passionate Technical Sales Manager, looking for an exciting new role?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Sales Manager to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Corby working as part of their Sales team.

My client are a world leading engineering company that specalise in Steel with two machining sites over in the USA.

This role requires travel to America.

**Principle Responsibilities for the Sales Manager:

- **
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company's customer base and solidify its presence
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams' strengths and weaknesses
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel related to customer accounts
- Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them.
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to capture key demographics.
- Providing daily reports of sales success and communicating the Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to superiors.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and good people management skills.
- Excellent time management skills to maximise their ability to reach goals.
- Ability to identify, recruit and hire talented sales personnel.
- Be highly creative and be able to develop product from concept through production.
- IT literate with good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Travel to the USA

This is a full time permanent position, Mon - Fri, offering an annual salary up to £55k plus annual company benefits to include holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
