**The role of HR Specialist**:

- Play a pivotal role in the Centre of Expertise for Global Performance and Engagement, focusing on the design and delivery of key HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with a transformation team to develop and refine the company's approach to performance management.
- Support the delivery of significant global and local projects, particularly focusing on enhancing performance management processes.
- Utilise advanced Excel skills to manage reports, data analysis, and visualisation, ensuring a positive employee experience and engagement.
- Handle sensitive personal data with the utmost discretion, adhering to GDPR guidelines.
- Plan and support both large and small projects, making a global impact across the business.

**The ideal HR Specialist**:

- A keen understanding of Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management.
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, and data visualisation, alongside competent use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in handling sensitive personal data with a strong awareness of GDPR.
- Ability to plan and support projects with global impacts, demonstrating previous project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in writing for a global audience and working with suppliers.
