Service Delivery Manager

I'm currently working with a public sector organisation who are looking to expand the IT team with a service delivery manager. This is a great chance for an organised, proactive individual to take the next step in their career.

Without a huge IT team in house, this organisation holds strong relationships with several third parties, managed service suppliers and consultancies. To keep the machine churning, the SDM will be involved managing these relationships in line with servicelevel agreements. This is an interesting and varied role for a SDM with responsibilities in various areas of the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage 3rd parties suppliers in line with SLA's
- Contract observations
- Service level management
- Incident management and escalations
- Co-ordinate resolutions through to completion
