**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute AI focused marketing campaigns** across digital and traditional platforms.
- Create **data driven marketing strategies** to target call centres and AI driven businesses.
- Conduct **market research and competitor analysis** to identify opportunities and trends in AI powered customer service and call centre industries.
- Work closely with the **sales and product teams** to align marketing strategies with business goals and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **call centre clients** and other B2B stakeholders.
- Develop **compelling marketing content**, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts.
- **Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance**, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with **AI industry trends and emerging marketing technologies** to enhance marketing effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- **MBA or currently completing an MBA** (preferred).
- **Advantageous** if you have a **specialized pathway in AI** or have completed a **project related to AI**.
- **Previous experience in marketing AI-related products** is a strong plus.
- **Hands-on experience in digital marketing**, including **PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing**.
- **Experience in client management**, with a proven ability to **engage, communicate, and build relationships**.
- **Prior experience working with call centre clients** is highly desirable.
- Strong **analytical skills** and the ability to **interpret data driven marketing insights**.
- **Excellent communication and presentation skills**, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Ability to **work independently** and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
