- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists
- Introduce and promote products or services to potential customers
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits
- Answer customer questions and address concerns
- Record and update customer information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate computer software systems (e.g., CRM software)
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
