In this Wholesale Assistant role, you’ll be joining two well-established Iconic British fashion brands that was founded just over 3 decades ago. As it continues to grow its direct consumer business, it is looking for a Wholesale Assistant to join its team

**Job description - Wholesale Assistant**
You'll be joining two well-established and fast-growing fashion brands, supporting the merchandising team to ensure stock is managed effectively and launched online on time to deliver the sales plan across their various selling channels, including e-commerce, stores, and 3rd parties such as John Lewis, Next, and M&S.

You’ll be based in our client's central London Head Office alongside the design, product, and selling teams, gaining maximum benefit from working closely with a team of experts, sharing ideas, and making commercial decisions quickly in a hub of creativity.

**Key responsibilities - Wholesale Assistant**
- Managing the day-to-day product launch process, collating all digital assets required for new product launches
- Working closely with the content team to make sure photography and copy are delivered on time
- Working with the product teams to ensure the fabric, care, key product information, and selling points are provided with enough time to process the data with our 3rd parties and launch on time
- Setting up new product lines for the Wholesale and SOR partners
- Assisting with daily/weekly reporting; Running & creating reports, analysing sales and stock levels; Monitoring and maintaining KPIs; Reporting on reasons product is not live online when stock is in the warehouse
- Working closely with the distribution team to ensure all wholesale deliveries run on time
- Ensuring there’s enough stock to support promotions, marketing campaigns, and new season launches
- Identifying key opportunities to drive trade

**Job requirements - Wholesale Assistant**
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work to deadlines and communicate issues in sufficient time
- Proficient with Excel and able to produce reports and analyse data
- Work placement experience in a commercial, design-led retailer ideal
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability
- Experience of using merchandising systems
- Excellent work ethic and can-do attitude
- Interest and awareness of the wide retail industry
- Excellent communication skills
