**Group Revenue Manager**

Based in Manchester city centre, our client is looking for a Group Revenue Manager to join their team. The luxury hospitality brand, a first of its kind, has impressive national growth plans.

The job will suit someone who is passionate about numbers, data, and ‘the detail’ and will confidentially lead the revenue and distribution strategy across multiple properties and markets.

**Group Revenue Manager Duties**:

- As a senior member of the management team, you will lead the overall revenue strategy along with the Sales, Operations, Marketing & Finance heads of departments to ensure targets are reached.
- Manage the overall distribution strategy across all channels including OTA’s, Agents and GDS partners.
- Provide daily, weekly & quarterly analysis of ‘business on the books’, budget variance and forecasting.
- You will ensure all systems and channels are accurately configured in conjunction with the Sales & Reservations teams.
- Work closely with the Reservations teams to manage central reservations best practice.
- Develop a revenue management culture and processes as part of the client-facing teams induction process.
- Along with the finance team, you will lead the annual budgeting process using market intelligence platforms to inform decisions and trends.
- Create strategies to improve channel mix management and deliver growth in higher profitable customers and segments.
- Agree and set minimum rate targets by product type and customer.
- Devise promotional strategy and objectives for each room type.
- Coordinate the set-up of new revenue streams and change initiatives.
- Lead forecast meetings, business reviews and updates for all topics related to revenue growth plans.

**Group Revenue Manager Requirements**:

- Demonstrate 3+ years of successful experience in revenue management roles that involved multiple markets and/or properties at senior level.
- In-depth knowledge or Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Property Management Systems (PMS) across multiple properties and general ability to pick up unfamiliar SaaS products is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering complex change initiatives.
- Previous experience in the hospitality/travel/F&B industry is preferable.
- Experience of commercial account management is a plus.
- Are comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
