Conveniently located between Fareham and Southampton, just minutes from Junction 9 of the M27, our venue combines elegance, comfort and outstanding service.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide a warm, professional and efficient welcome to all guests.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Process hotel and restaurant bookings using our reservation systems.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation in the reception area at all times.
- Assist with guest requests and ensure all issues are resolved effectively.
- Support other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the hotel.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.

**About You**
- A friendly and confident communicator with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working with computers and booking systems (training provided).
- Able to remain calm and approachable under pressure.
- Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment is preferred, but not essential, full training will be provided.
