**Summary**

As an Operations executive at Logiscom Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Located in Great Britain, this position is essential for maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support logistics operations.
- Assist in coordinating transport and distribution schedules to meet client needs.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Support the team in upselling additional services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of logistics documentation and client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within logistics or operations.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to analyze information and provide actionable insights.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
