**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**: Greet all visitors with a warm, professional manner and promptly direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- **Telephone Handling**: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner, taking accurate messages when required.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, maintaining office records, and assisting with travel arrangements.
- **Correspondence Management**: Sort and distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing post, ensuring timely delivery.
- **Office Organisation**: Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for client visits or internal meetings.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- **Security and Visitor Logs**: Monitor access to the office and ensure all visitors sign in and out, maintaining accurate visitor logs for security purposes.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with ordering office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and organised efficiently.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
