Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Supervisor to join the team:
This role requires a bubbly, energetic and passionate person, who wants to join a genuinely lovely business.

The Role
- Answering and fielding phone calls from Clients, Engineers & Subcontractors
- Logging and triaging reactive maintenance requests
- Assigning and planning engineers and subcontractors to open WO’s
- Raising and sending Purchase Orders for Wholesale and Subcontractors
- Updating our CAFM system
- Updating clients portal systems
- Being 1st point of contact for escalations from the helpdesk operatives
- Supporting the Helpdesk Manager with day to day queries, quality checking of calls, allocating work

The Person:

- We are looking for someone who has experience in administration, customer service or hospitality that has either led a team or done a senior/supervisory position
- Excellent communicator
- You must have a positive mindset, can do attitude, solution finder
- You will be happy with Monday - Friday full time in the office in Cirencester

The Package:

- Starting salary of £24,000
- Permanent full time
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Working hours Monday - Friday
