We are searching for our new Training Manager to manage and lead the training operation for Broughton, ensuring all areas of Security Training and accreditation compliance are met alongside delivering an outstanding experience throughout the learning journey.

**How you will make a difference as a Training Manager**
- Identify and implement training needs analysis for the customer which identifies key learning interventions.
- Manage and maintain the Training Centre Status across Broughton.
- Feeding training requirements and implementation needs into the Training delivery Account Programme for action.
- Ensure all PDP and review cycles are up to date and effectively deployed across the site you are responsible for.
- Ensure site Management team are bought into these development reviews and are supported to use these effectively with their teams.
- Support site management teams to effectively use the competency framework and adopt a coaching approach with their teams and reporting to the Central Securitas L&D so that all training records are held and maintained in the Learning Hub.
- Establish and nurture effective and trusting stakeholder relationships.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Securitas account management team to ensure the commercial imperatives of the contract are successfully achieved through relevant and compelling training interventions, spanning multiple channels/formats.
- Focus on personal development by maintaining an up-to-date CPD record, attending any training or CPD events or undertake any qualifications as required.
- Any other duties as directed by the Account Director and National Account Manager.

**Essential Skills**
- **Right to work in the UK, 5 year checkable history.**:

- Valid full UK driving licence.
- SIA Qualified Trainer in Door Supervisor, Security Guarding, CCTV.
- AET Level 3 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) or equivalent.
- ILM Level 5 Diploma in Management.
- D32/33 NVQ Assessor or equivalent.
- Customer Service Instructor (Level 3 or equivalent).
- Fire Awareness and First Aid Trainer.
- Experience of facilitating coaching and personal development in a multi-site commercial environment on an on-going basis.
- Must be able to demonstrate a minimum of five years' occupational competence, within the past ten, specific to the topics that they are required to teach and at a verified excellent standard.
- Able to self-manage, lead others and build positive relationships.
- Communication and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience of large-scale Training operations.
- Security industry or Educational environment experience.
- Customer service experience in people-facing environment.
- Delivery of Change Management.
