**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement in the healthcare sector.
- Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and evaluation of results.
- Monitor social media trends, engage with the online community, and respond to customer queries and feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets, to maximize marketing reach and impact.
- Support the development and execution of events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our organisation and its services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing & Social Media Executive in the healthcare sector or a related industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content management systems.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing trends and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
