Highfield Assessment are recruiting assessors who can guide the next generation of Passenger Transport, Station and Onboard professionals. Free training is given, leading to an accredited end-point assessment qualification.

All apprentices must take an end-point assessment (EPA) at the end of their learning, assessing whether they have achieved the required standard of skills, knowledge and behaviours required by their chosen apprenticeship.

Assessments are carried out by industry experts with recent, relevant, hands on experience. **That's why we need you**

**About you**
You’ll already have:

- Occupationally competent with experience working in the Passenger Transport sector as an onboard and station team member and have current ‘hands-on’ experience gained by working in the sector within the last 3 years.
- Be willing to complete relevant training leading to the Highfield Level 3 Award in Undertaking End-Point Assessment (RQF)
