The Highlander is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated bar staff to join our team. We offer a vibrant atmosphere where both food and drinks are served, catering to a diverse crowd of locals and visitors.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Providing excellent customer service at the bar and during food service
- Taking orders, serving drinks, and handling payments
- Assisting with food service—knowledge of menus, table service, and handling food safety responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in a busy environment
- The Highlander can be a very busy place to work, you will need to be able to keep up with the pace
- Sharing your passion for craft beer and whisky with customers, helping them choose from our wide selection

**What we’re looking for**:

- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for craft beer and whisky
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a bonus, but not required—we’ll train the right person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
