**Summary**:
**What will you be doing as an Environmental and Planning Paralegal?**
- Proving assistance to qualified Solicitors with their caseload of planning matters including highway and infrastructure agreements.
- Reviewing local searches and obtaining relevant planning documents.
- Carrying out research and assisting with due diligence exercises.
- Drafting letters and proof-reading documents
- Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships.

**Skills/Qualifications of an Environmental and Planning Paralegal**:

- You will be proactive with excellent attention to detail and a good use of initative.
- You will work well in a team but will also be able to work autonomously with minimum supervision.
- Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential for this role.
- You will be able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines with ease.
