Are you open to relocating to Greece? An exciting opportunity has become available for P&I claims specialists who are open to relocating to Piraeus, Greece.
As a result of their continued growth, our client are now searching for a new Senior Claims Executive for their office in Piraeus. In this position you will be part of a world leading marine insurance provider where service and competence is key. As a SeniorClaims Executive you will have responsibility for your own member portfolio to follow up closely and be hands-on in complex cases when incidents occur. You will be supported by a highly competent team of experienced colleagues.
Applicants should have a proven track record of handling P&I claims and speak fluent English. Proficiency in Greek is not essential.
**Responsibilities**:
Overall claims handling within all aspects of P&I operations in accordance with Claims Guidelines and routines
Take strong initiative in claims handling processes and is considered a role model for less experienced colleagues
Offer support and to colleagues with less experience and actively seek guidance from more senior colleagues
Build strong relationship with Members and Brokers
Promote the company in the market and partake in marketing efforts
Participate in company seminars, gatherings and events
Continuously monitor claims and operational performance of Members and Clients under his/her responsibility and ensure effective reporting of relevant and useful information to Head of Business Unit, Head of Claims and the Underwriting team.
