Glenevin has been developing and maintaining infrastructure across the UK since our formation in 2013. We specialise in Utilities (Power, Telecoms, etc), Civil Engineering, Traffic Management, and infrastructure. We have grown our business on a foundation of expertise, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
Due to new partnerships, exciting opportunities have arisen for Commercial Administrator for our new site in Carmarthenshire, Wales.
As Commercial Administrator, you will be an essential member of our commercial and will aid with all aspects of the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks. The commercial administrator will support the organisation in a number of ways; such as internal and external communications, scheduling, data entry and manipulation and much more.
A key attribute of a great administrator is multitasking and organisational skills. You will collaborate with employees, oversee the operations within the company, communicate with management and take part in planning the needs of the company. Any issues which arise around office resource or administrative points, you will more than likely take ownership of and deal with the situation.
**You must be a resident in the UK at the time of this advertisement and hold necessary paperwork to prove this.**
As Commercial Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Production of detailed progress reports
- Production of data collated from ops and commercial teams
- Arranging meetings, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
- Handling billing cycles and issuing payment notices
- Draft, format, and print relevant documents
- Maintaining trackers with info provided by others
- Frequent interaction with company directors, supporting their requests
- Creating meeting agendas and taking minutes
- Photocopying, printing drawings and filing
- Attending workshops and conferences when requested
- On occasion supporting website functions and updating social media profiles
- Conforming with all company policies.
**Experience and Requirements**
- Strong organisational and administration skills with a willingness to learn
- Able to work independently using own initiative as well as part of a team
- Analytical with the ability to quickly assimilate information with an attention to detail
- Excellent IT Skills, particularly Microsoft Office/Excel
- Great communicator
