The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner seeking progression into a more senior capacity. We are keen to hear from practitioners who have a passion for supporting children and who are creative, positive and empowering in their approach. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the Nannie Annie's curriculum demonstrating our vision and values in daily practice
- Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensure safeguarding and child welfare procedures are rigorously upheld
- Produce high-quality child development reports and contribute to planning and assessment
- Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and reflective practice

What You Bring
- Proven experience working with children in an early years setting
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable)
- A genuine passion for teaching, learning, and child development
- A nurturing, emotionally intelligent, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
