Supply Chain and Quality Manager

The rate of pay will be £34.17 per hour PAYE or £45.20 Umbrella company, working a 35 hour week on a 12 month contract. Requirement to be onsite in Derby for this role working 35 hours across 4.5 days. You will be responsible for the following areas:
Supply Chain Management
- Suppliers' performance monitoring
- Load and capacity analysis
- Rate readiness analysis
- Supply chain intelligence management
- Transfer of work management
- Design change industrialisation management

Quality Management
- Correction: non-conformity eradication
- Prevention: implementation and management of quality improvement plan
- Supplier Development / Audit and Assessment

Risk Management
- Identification
- Execution
- Governance

**Requirements**:

- Someone who holds experience within a supply chain/ quality environment, ideally from an aerospace background
- Someone who holds excellent communication skills and can manage any challenges/ issues with key stakeholders
- Shop floor/ manufacturing experience would be desirable
