With a passion for visual storytelling and responsible travel, we create unique experiences for photography enthusiasts of all levels. Our trips are small-group tours, guided by professional photographers.

**The Role**

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Lead to support our marketing and communications efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow the brand of a niche travel company that blends photography, adventure, and purpose.

As our Marketing Lead, you will be involved in a wide range of marketing tasks, from campaign coordination to brand storytelling—helping us inspire our audience and reach new markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation & Coordination**:Assist with creating and updating website content, blogs, and social media posts that reflect our brand voice and values.
- **Website Updates**:Make updates to the website (WordPress), and support efforts to keep it user-friendly and visually aligned with our brand.
- **Campaign Assistance**:Help coordinate marketing campaigns, track performance, and suggest improvements based on insights and data.
- **Visual & Brand Support**:Support the development of marketing materials (such as brochures, ads, presentations), working with freelance designers.
- **Partnership Support**:Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential marketing and industry partners.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or digital content role (internships and freelance work count)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and lead generation
- Ideally some experience in working with WordPress and social media platforms
- Interest in photography is a strong plus
- Experience in the travel industry would be an asset
- Creative mindset and ability to work independently

**Note: This role is for 'Penda Photo Tours' part of the Impact Travel Group which includes brands such as Camps International and Raleigh International. The location of the role will reside at Impact Travel Group's Ringwood (Hampshire, UK) premises.**

Pay: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
