**Family Support Worker - Fostering Agency - Monday to Friday**

**good salary package + ongoing training**

NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a very Good Ofsted rating, in order to help them recruit for a Family Support Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, meaning that you will have the evenings and weekends free to spend with your family and friends.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be working closely with the Fostering Social Workers, assisting them with the recruitment of the foster carers. You will be planning and supporting activities for the children or sighting ID for DBS processing. You will also foster carers by undertakingappropriately delegated tasks with the foster carer or child to promote placement stability.

The fostering agency is using a therapeutic approach and they will provide ongoing therapeutic training, which means you can enhance your skills within therapeutic fostering.
