**Complex Care Healthcare Assistant Night Shifts in Newton Abbot**:
Ocean Healthcare are looking for experienced** Healthcare Assistants** to join our team and support people with complex needs through the night in Newton Abbot. This is a great opportunity to help make a real difference in peoples day to day lives.

**You will be working 1:1 & 2:1**

**Shift Details**:
**Typical shifts are 12 hours, 8pm - 8am but times may vary.**

It is not essential that you have specific experience working with complex needs as you will get all the training you need. **You will be trained and supported by our outstanding team of specialists and nurses. **This will involve training and shadowing until one of our nurses is happy to sign you off as competent. Training is paid for.

**Pay Rates**:

- Night rates start at **£13.05 p/hr** going up to **£17.05 p/hr **depending on the day of the week and the complexity of the package.

**Note: Paid Weekly or Monthly**

**For consistency a minimum availability of 2-3 nights a week would be preferable up to a maximum of 4 nights each week. Flexibility would be appreciated, but we are willing to consider your personal circumstances if there are nights/times you are unable to work.**:
Mileage paid after your first 7 miles to this location in **Newton Abbot** up to a maximum of 20 miles each way.

While there are lots of work opportunities within Ocean Healthcare, the terms detailed in this job advert are specific ONLY to this package of care. Permanent and bank contracts available. **You can work full or part time.**
