**Job Description**: Pertemps have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a Public Sector organisation on a permanent basis. This role will focus primarily on absence management and disciplinary casework, however you will also be exposed to generalist HR duties. This is a hybrid role in which you will be office based for 3 days per week and will cover various sites across central Edinburgh when required. **Salary**: £31,709 - £33,910 per annum Hours: 35hrs per week Location: Hybrid working, Edinburgh based Holidays: 45 day annua leave entitlement **Responsibilities** The role is focussing primarily on managing absence, grievance and disciplinary casework as below: " HR management of casework, acting as main point of contact for managers and staff with employment related issues. Provide best practice advice and support at all stages of formal and informal casework processes e.g. investigations, meetings and hearings.
