Are you passionate about supporting the education of young learners? We are looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our nurturing environment within the Secondary Education sector.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the classroom when the main teacher is unavailable.

You will ensure that students remain engaged and focused on their studies while providing a safe and productive learning environment.

Your friendly demeanor and ability to connect with students will be key in fostering an atmosphere of respect and cooperation.

You will lead the class in accordance with the lesson plans provided, monitoring student progress and behavior while providing encouragement and motivation. **Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher
- Implement prepared lesson plans and ensure students understand the tasks
- Monitor student behavior and maintain classroom discipline
- Support students with individual learning needs
- Assist with the development of student learning programs and activities
- Provide feedback on student progress to teachers and administration
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages engagement and participation

**Requirements**:

- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching styles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus
- A relevant qualification in education or child development is desirable

Pay: £100.00-£120.00 per day
