**Things that you will have**:
- NMC Registered.
- Post-Graduate accredited qualifications as a Psychological Therapist
- Post-graduate training and accreditation in two or more psychological approaches, being accredited by the BPS, BABCP, EMDR Association UK&I, or equivalent.
- A passion and enthusiasm for working with people experiencing complex mental health problems.
**What you will be doing**:
- To work as a psychological therapist in the specified mental health service, based within the wider team, providing clinical services directly to people with complex mental health problems and supporting the team and staff to use strategies that enhancethe psychological well-being of people who use this service.
- You will be an experienced Psychological Therapist, who will be part of an MDT team responsible for the systematic provision as part of psychological service. This will incorporate complex assessment, leading to psychological formulation and treatment planning,under professional clinical supervision; and forming judgements to inform service provision and provide necessary psychological interventions.
- You will provide input to and be based within a Team, attend team meetings and contribute to the team’s processes and functions and liaise and work with other areas of Mental Health as appropriate and as agreed with the Team clinical lead.
- You will work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the Trust’s policies and procedures. In so doing, will be responsible for adhering to professional ethics and standards. Will be accountable for both professional andclinical actions.
- You may be required to contribute to training, to supervising others, and to employing research skills for audit, policy, and service development and research.
