**Head of Affinity Partner | Permanent | St. Albans | £42k + Uncapped Commission**
- A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this leading telecoms business as Head of Affinity Partners. This is a new position that has been created to manage the rapid growth of the business, with excellent salary and commission structure. The key objective of the role as Head of Affinity Partners is to develop and build long term relationships between the business and their Affinity Partners, identify, and target new Partners and focus on managing the BDMs to reach key monthly new business targets._

**The basics**:

- Salary: £42K per annum + uncapped commission
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Office based, then hybrid following probation
- Full training
- Ongoing personal development
- A busy and fun working environment

**The responsibilities**:
To work with the BDMS to:

- Identify and onboard new Channel Partners
- Provide support and training to Partners to ensure success
- Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
- Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
- Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings
- To set their KPIs
- Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors and market conditions
- Continue to develop and implement the Affinity Partner Program, such as training, marketing, and incentives
- Measure and report on the performance of Channel Partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
- Prepare & host monthly webinars to our Channel Partners
- Review and process monthly commission statements

**The skills**:

- Proven track record in sales
- 4+ years related experience in a leadership role
- Computer literacy with a degree of proficiency in excel and the general Microsoft Office Suite, database management and CRM.
- Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and writing skills
- Able to communicate USPs clearly, with good presentation skills
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with mínimal supervision
- Full, clean driving licence
